Who we are

Unified Ads Manager is operated by Juan Gabriel Trinidad, a sole proprietor doing business as Unified Ads Manager in Austin, Texas, United States. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Juan Gabriel Trinidad doing business asUnified Ads Manager.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, account identifier, display name, authentication events, and account preferences.
• Connected advertising accounts: the Meta and X ad accounts you authorize, account names and identifiers, encrypted OAuth credentials, and the permissions granted to us.
• Advertising data: campaigns, ad groups or ad sets, creatives, targeting settings, budgets, performance metrics, conversion totals, and changes made through the service.
• Content you provide: instructions, uploaded media, generated media, draft advertising copy, feedback, and support communications.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, cookies, diagnostics, security events, and application logs.

We receive connected-account data only after you choose to authorize Meta or X. We do not ask for or store your Meta or X password.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, account linking, syncing, reporting, and campaign-management features.
• Generate recommendations, advertising variants, images, and performance explanations you request.
• Apply changes that you approve and maintain an audit history of service activity.
• Secure, troubleshoot, monitor, and improve the service.
• Communicate about your account, support requests, legal notices, and material service changes.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms and platform obligations.

We do not sell personal information or connected advertising data, and we do not use it to advertise third-party products to you.

AI-assisted features

When you use an AI-assisted feature, relevant campaign information, advertising content, performance data, and your instructions may be sent to our model providers to produce the requested result. Generated results may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. Model activity and limited prompt/output details may also be processed by our observability provider to diagnose quality and reliability.

Service providers and platforms

We disclose information as needed to operate the service with:

• Meta and X, when you connect an account or ask us to read or change advertising data.
• Supabase, for authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel, for application hosting, delivery, and background processing.
• Resend, for account and service email.
• Anthropic and Google, for requested language and image generation.
• Langfuse, for model quality, cost, and reliability observability.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transfer. We require recipients to handle information for the purpose for which it was disclosed.

Security and retention

Connected-account credentials are encrypted at rest, access is restricted, and the service uses HTTPS in transit. No security measure can eliminate all risk.

We retain account and advertising data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and secure the service. Disconnecting a platform removes its stored connection and mirrored data. Deleting your service account deletes the active account data associated with it. Limited backup, security, and legal records may remain for the period required by our providers or applicable law.

Your choices and rights

You can disconnect Meta or X in Settings, revoke access with the platform, or permanently delete your Unified Ads Manager account. See our data deletion instructions.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to appeal a request decision. Email support@unifiedadsmanager.com to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity first.

International processing and children

The service is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise its effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
