Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Juan Gabriel Trinidad, a sole proprietor doing business as Unified Ads Manager in Austin, Texas. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you may bind it to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly at support@unifiedadsmanager.comif you suspect unauthorized access.

Advertising-platform access

You may connect only Meta or X accounts that you are authorized to access and manage. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms, policies, advertising standards, and account permissions. You authorize us to retrieve advertising data and take actions you request or approve through the service.

You remain responsible for campaigns, budgets, targeting, creative, disclosures, legal compliance, and platform charges. Disconnecting an account ends our stored authorization but does not reverse changes already applied to a platform.

Recommendations and generated content

Recommendations, forecasts, explanations, and AI-generated content are decision-support tools, not guarantees of performance or professional advice. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review every proposed change and generated asset before approving, publishing, or relying on it. You are responsible for determining whether output is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and suitable for your use.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service or connected accounts without authorization.
• Violate law, platform rules, advertising standards, or another person’s rights.
• Upload malware, evade security controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service to create deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful advertising.
• Resell, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where law expressly permits it.
• Use automated means that place unreasonable load on the service.

Beta service and future paid plans

The service is currently offered as a free beta. Features, limits, and availability may change. If we later offer paid plans, we will present the price, billing period, included features, cancellation terms, and any refund terms before you purchase. We will not charge you merely because these terms change.

Ownership

You retain rights in content you provide and advertising data you are authorized to use. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as necessary to operate and improve the service. You own generated output to the extent permitted by law, subject to third-party rights and platform terms.

We retain rights in the service, software, design, documentation, and branding. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, including to comply with platform or legal requirements. Meta, X, or another provider may change or revoke access independently. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that recommendations will improve advertising results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juan Gabriel Trinidad and Unified Ads Managerwill not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or advertising opportunity; or platform charges and campaign losses. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using the service, disconnect platforms, or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, security risk, legal requirement, or platform restriction. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court in Travis County, Texas, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking eligible relief in small-claims court.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions may be sent to support@unifiedadsmanager.com.
